Westerly Bridgwater are now looking for a Contact Centre Advisor to join them on a 6-month maternity cover contract.

What will I be responsible for? Outbound Calling of Customers to book MOT ‘s and Service events for the 5 Dealerships of Westerly BMW & MINI Administration of Inbound Customer queries via Telephone, Email and Post. Up-sell campaigns and identified work in a professional and confidant manner.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week and working 1 Saturday in 5 from 8am – 2pm.
The successful Contact Centre Advisor will need to be smartly presented, conscientious and possess excellent communication skills. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and efficient whilst having the ability to build a rapport with our valued customers and develop strong and open working relationships with the wider team.
