Completed the recall work which has been 'live' for over 18mths but only took the car in for a brake fluid change. Didnt know the recall was going to be done, so couldnt collect car and away on business next day so all the faf of finding a car

Had to wait a little while when I arrived for a staff member to become free. The MyBMW app should show the appt rather than keep prompting me to book a service when I already have. There was no email or text 'reminder' of my appt sent.

Was a recall & they had to order another part which meant they kept the car overnight. Recall was for a something that could catch fire. Bmw should of done recall on the fuel sensor, but didn't even though they know it is a known fault!!!!

The recall for the potentially dangerous drivers air bag was carried out on time as agreed. The reason that I deducted one star was the waiting time from receiving the BMW recall letter and my appointment date which was the best part of a month.

All went smoothly, car ready on time. Service experience has improved since change from Westerly to Vertu But also need to note if lower MOT fee has been negotiated, service advisor was unaware a lower fee had been agreed.

Just the time it took but then the issue with my parking sensors is still there as it wasn't because of the remote software failure but turns out that one must have failed so now it has to go in again for all day which is booked for April.

My car wasn't cleaned which was really disappointing. This has never happened before so hoping it was a one off. I was told I could drop car off next day to be cleaned but due to work/life commitments I wasn't able to.

Had 2 wait a month 4 warranty work 2 rectify fault with previous warranty work undertaken only 6 weeks previously. Also annoyed car was washed despite me asking 4 it not 2 be & this was stated on job card. Why ask if you just ignore customer request?

It was very close to a five star satisfaction rating, but when I got home I found that I can't open the front passenger door. It keeps sticking intermittently, which is very frustrating. But the drivers door is working reliably again after work done.

Every time I call BMW vertu Bridgwater the person who is answering gave me wrong and confusing information leading to my car sending urgent messages about oil engine replacement. This could be avoided by more reliable service and knowledgeable staff.

Car work was fine, though boot not hoovered as part of clean. Arrangements for loan car went wrong. Electric car not charged and ready for me. 3rd one they tried was ok. Wasted time and frustration!

For me. I was told the part for the EGR would be in the next morning. I then received a phone call the next day to say all is ready however the seatbelt is not under warranty and did I know this?? Of course I didn't. I was told it was under warranty.
