Again, Matt pulled all the stops out, the car was delayed and then recalled but Matt allowed me in to see it and went through a few bits and then on collection it was seamless

From start to finish the team were perfect. Mark really did go above and beyond to provide an amazing customer experience. He even collected me from the train station which i thought was very kind of him. The whole process was 5 stars

The part to repair my car Has been discontinued And westerlies were happy to fit the part that I had sourced from America, (pivot bar for driver-side door) And I am looking forward to taking the car back to have other works that need to be done.

Great guys and a welcoming place to be. I was accommodated on two occasions so I could hot desk and remote work while my car was with the technicians on diagnostics/repair. The team are considering a hot desking area for customers with good WiFi.
